About the role
MSC Group is seeking a Planner to join its Shipping Agency in Istanbul. The role focuses on improving vessel efficiency and maximizing utilization while ensuring safety and cost effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Execute vessel deployment and changes.
- Optimize vessel utilization while maintaining safety.
- Improve port productivity and schedule reliability.
- Ensure bunker economy and eliminate avoidable costs.
- Optimize network capacity and act as a focal point for cargo operations.
Required profile
- Graduated from a Maritime Faculty (bachelor or master).
- Minimum 2 years deck experience on container vessels.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Analytical thinking, result‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
Required skills
- Computer skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
