PMC Electrical Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled PMC Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical construction activities on a major petrochemical project. The role involves ensuring that all electrical works meet project specifications, schedules, and quality standards while maintaining a safe site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all electrical construction activities, aligning them with project specifications and timelines.
• Oversee EPC contractor performance, ensuring compliance with electrical plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and enforce safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate with project management, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve electrical challenges.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team.
• Review and approve electrical plans, drawings, and related documentation.
• Implement quality control measures and conduct inspections/tests to verify work quality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate with stakeholders, including clients and regulatory authorities.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 8‑12 years of experience in electrical supervision, preferably on petrochemical or large‑scale construction projects.
• Proven experience in a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environment is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, and communication abilities.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of electrical construction processes, materials, and international standards.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical plans and specifications.
• Ability to conduct quality control inspections and tests for electrical works.
