Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the physiotherapy practice, ensuring smooth patient flow and high-quality service.
• Lead, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists and support staff.
• Maintain and improve practice standards, documentation, and compliance with health regulations.
• Manage scheduling, bookings, and modern cloud‑based systems for efficient communication.
• Foster a collaborative culture through weekly case conferences, team lunches, and regular staff events.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is preferred.
