Pricing & Commercial Excellence Analyst - Electrophysiology

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting a Pricing & Commercial Excellence Analyst based in Istanbul, Turkey, to support its Electrophysiology business. The role covers pricing analytics, pricing governance and profitability insights, partnering with commercial and cross-functional teams on data-driven pricing decisions, tenders and sustainable profitable growth, while providing local operational support for selected Commercial Excellence processes.

Key responsibilities

• Pricing analytics and governance: support pricing decisions across customers, products, channels, tenders and strategic accounts, monitoring price realization, discounts, profitability, price erosion and product mix.
• Support pricing governance, including discount approvals, pricing escalations, price-list updates and scenario modelling, aligned with local, Emerging Markets and EMEA requirements.
• Support tenders and commercial negotiations with pricing benchmarks, profitability analysis and fact-based recommendations.
• Maintain pricing master data, product catalogues and price lists, working with Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Commercial teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and pricing discipline, and contribute to continuous improvement of pricing processes, tools and SOPs.
• Provide local operational support for Commercial Excellence processes with the Emerging Markets team, maintaining territory structures, sales hierarchies and employee assignments.
• Support incentive calculations and target-setting through local data validation, monitor CartoDay compliance and support resolution of local data or system issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in pricing, commercial finance, revenue management, tender management, business analytics or commercial excellence, ideally in MedTech, healthcare or a complex commercial environment.
• Experience with MedTech, medical devices, pharmaceuticals or healthcare is preferred; cardiovascular or EP experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint; Power BI or similar analytics tools are an advantage.
• Experience with tender pricing, pricing governance, commercial finance or sales analytics is an advantage.
• ERP, pricing, CRM or reporting systems such as SAP, JDE or Cignon are an advantage.
• Analytical reasoning, data analysis, communication, stakeholder management and attention to detail.
