Process Engineer – Konya Ice Cream Factory

About the role

Join the world’s largest ice‑cream manufacturer as a Process Engineer at the Konya factory. You will apply engineering tools and analytical methods to improve production efficiency, safety and product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Use engineering analysis programs to diagnose and solve process inefficiencies.
• Develop and define operating parameters for all production processes.
• Implement error‑proofing and full‑proofing methodologies to reduce re‑work.
• Ensure safety and occupational health standards are met in the work area.
• Participate in design phases for new projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical feedback to the supply‑chain team.
• Conduct trial and industrial tests of new packaging, raw materials and finished products.
• Support innovation meetings for new product launches with technical expertise.
• Propose cost‑saving projects and lead equipment upgrade or acquisition projects.
• Apply World Class Manufacturing (WCM) tools in improvement projects and identify root causes of equipment malfunctions.
• Collaborate with maintenance on complex equipment repairs, installations and adjustments when required.

Required profile

• Engineering mindset with experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with supply‑chain, maintenance and innovation teams.

Required skills
