Supply Planning Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Planning Specialist to join our ice‑cream production team at the TMICC Konya factory. The role focuses on creating and maintaining a 12‑month production schedule, managing raw‑material and packaging call‑offs, and ensuring inventory levels support the production plan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rolling 12‑month production plans, scheduling scenarios and handling exceptions.
• Coordinate with the Demand Planning team in weekly S&DR meetings to update the supply plan.
• Monitor factory production performance and follow up on any variances.
• Support marketing, category development and new‑product projects through material harmonisation and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Manage inventory of finished goods, raw materials and packaging, aiming to improve stock levels while maintaining customer service.
• Schedule raw‑material and packaging call‑offs to meet both regular and contingency production needs.
• Review and re‑plan material requirements for the full‑year plan.
• Maintain purchase orders and scheduling agreements, cleaning out outdated orders.
• Interact with suppliers, attend supplier meetings and contribute to planning improvement activities, including process optimisation and digitalisation.
