Product and Sales Training Supervisor

About the role

Nissan is seeking a Product and Sales Training Supervisor to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for dealer sales teams and fleet customers worldwide. The role supports dealer networks during new model launches and ensures high‑quality service and sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan strategic training initiatives aligned with global direction and manage the annual training budget.
• Develop and deliver non‑technical sales consultancy and product training for dealer employees.
• Coordinate on‑the‑job coaching, e‑learning implementation, and LMS tracking for dealer staff.
• Proof‑read and localise global training materials for regional use.
• Conduct competitive analysis and create benchmarking‑based sales positioning.
• Support dealers during new model launches and provide refreshment training for new joiners and role changes.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in training, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong presentation, communication, and planning abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e‑learning tools.
