Production / Factory Manager

About the role

Tezmaksan is seeking a Production / Factory Manager to lead its Sivas manufacturing plant. The role involves overseeing end‑to‑end production processes, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in a high‑tech, automation‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all factory operations including production, maintenance, quality, and planning.
• Ensure production targets, efficiency, and quality standards are met.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Optimize the use of workforce, machinery, and material resources.
• Develop and execute Industry 4.0 and automation‑driven production strategies.
• Track production KPIs and report results to senior management.
• Maintain compliance with occupational health & safety and quality regulations.
• Coordinate activities with R&D, engineering, and supply‑chain teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop production teams to achieve high performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics or related).
• 8–10 years of experience in production, preferably in automation, CNC or machine sectors.
• Proven experience in factory/production management.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, production planning and quality systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems is a plus.
