Quality Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Quality Engineer to join our team in Izmir. You will play a key part in driving quality performance, ensuring compliance with our Quality Management System, and supporting continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze quality data and translate insights into actions that support Quality KPIs.
• Maintain QMS compliance, support related procedures, and deliver training.
• Prepare reports, escalate deviations, and ensure adherence to standards and policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to share best practices and optimise processes.
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses, identify improvement opportunities, and maintain accurate reporting systems.
• Validate business assumptions using statistical tools such as SQL and Power BI.
• Develop corrective actions and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Apply OPEN+ standards consistently and contribute to Q and I&IM pillar knowledge.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Master’s a plus).
• At least 2 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably with quality assurance exposure.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 19011:2018 is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to identify patterns, manage multiple tasks independently, and think critically.
