About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Experis Türkiye, part of the Manpower Group. The role combines long‑term business vision with short‑term talent acquisition goals, operating in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new corporate clients.
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, understanding their hiring needs.
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates from diverse talent pools.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date candidate database and ensure a steady pipeline of talent.
- Achieve performance targets and contribute to business growth.
Required profile
- University degree.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Sales‑oriented, proactive and result‑driven attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time‑management and prioritisation abilities.
- Team player with a flexible and cooperative mindset.
