About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Turkey. You will work in a fast‑paced, multinational environment, building relationships with both clients and candidates while driving business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients as well as candidates.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date candidate pool to ensure quick matching with client needs.
- Source and identify the right talent from diverse channels.
Required profile
- University degree.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience.
- Sales‑oriented, result‑driven and proactive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time‑management and priority‑setting abilities.
- Flexible, cooperative and able to work well in a team.
