Recruitment Specialist – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join the Human Resources Department of a leading food‑service company. The role focuses on attracting, selecting and onboarding talent across our restaurant brands, while supporting broader HR initiatives that enhance employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for various positions.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and applicant tracking system.
• Utilise recruitment tools and digital platforms effectively.
• Organise and conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Support performance management, training & development, and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining HR reports and documentation.
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
• Participate in HR projects aimed at improving employee experience and organisational culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in Human Resources, specifically talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Strong follow‑up abilities in operational processes.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Familiarity with digital recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards and ATS.
