Reservations & Communication Agent

About the role

The Reservations & Communication Agent is the first point of contact for guests, handling reservation sales, guest communication and telephone operations. The agent manages reservation inquiries, coordinates guest requests and ensures accurate information is given across all touchpoints, working as part of the Reservations team at a Four Seasons hotel in Istanbul.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, reservation inquiries, emails and guest requests to the standard of Four Seasons.
• Create, modify and coordinate reservations accurately, recording guest preferences, special requests and booking details.
• Work with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping and other departments to share information and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally, follow up on requests and support service recovery.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Reservations, Front Office, PBX or a guest contact centre, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent spoken and written English.
• Full-time position with rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays; only candidates with an existing work permit in Turkey are considered.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Opera PMS or a similar hotel management system.
• Good computer literacy.
• Organizational, multitasking, sales and guest service skills with attention to detail.
