Retail Supply Planner – Istanbul

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Supply Planner to join Hermès in Istanbul. The role will ensure optimal stock levels across the product lifecycle, supporting retail merchandising and store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor stock throughout the product lifecycle and optimise deliveries with Customer Service.
• Maintain and communicate a cross‑metier delivery calendar for Retail Merchandisers, Operations, Central Supply and stores.
• Create central and in‑store performance and stock reports per metier.
• Suggest and implement stock corrective actions, including retention, rebalancing and ordering needs.
• Manage deported and cross‑dock stock, defining processes per store and metier.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day replenishment with all counterparts, sharing visibility on upcoming deliveries and stock situations.
• Collaborate on PSI catalogue, define minimum and maximum stock levels, and report on PSI and Assortment SKUs.
• Define bulk‑stock SKUs, develop demand‑based forecasts, and set central/in‑store stock targets.
• Participate in group projects aimed at building an efficient supply chain, including SAP Retail initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, logistics or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in retail supply, product allocation or retail merchandising.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, structured and organised with great attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling large and complex data sets from multiple sources.
• Ability to prioritise under tight deadlines and convey results clearly.
