About the role

The role focuses on monitoring and handling temperature‑sensitive materials within a warehouse environment. You will ensure that storage and shipment preparation meet strict temperature requirements while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor temperature‑controlled materials during storage and before shipment to preserve required conditions.
• Update warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to ensure traceability.
• Identify and route on‑hold, damaged, or non‑conforming items through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinate material movement using approved warehouse equipment for safe and efficient flow.
• Prepare packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalate non‑standard handling or inventory issues for prompt follow‑up.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory control.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control principles, and temperature‑controlled handling.

Required skills

• Understanding of cold‑chain requirements for sensitive products.
• Familiarity with packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices.
• Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and work instructions.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records in warehouse systems and logs.
