Supply Chain Planner

About the role

Join a leading global paints and coatings company as a Supply Chain Planner. You will help shape production, procurement and distribution plans to ensure the right materials are available at the right time while balancing service levels, inventory and cost.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of production, procurement and distribution plans.
• Manage material planning to guarantee timely availability of raw materials.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics and production teams for smooth plan execution.
• Coordinate with suppliers to improve delivery performance and material availability.
• Safeguard master data accuracy and assist in maintaining planning parameters in SAP.
• Monitor supply‑performance KPIs and provide reporting support.
• Support launch planning for new products and phase‑out activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• New graduate or up to 5 years of experience in supply chain planning.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively.
• Fluent in English and comfortable in a multicultural environment.
• Flexible, proactive and able to work under pressure with multiple priorities.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
