RGM Manager

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as an RGM Manager and help shape the future of snacking by optimizing trade spend ROI. You will work closely with customer teams, finance, and marketing to ensure revenue targets are met and promotional activities are effective.

Key responsibilities

• Track progress toward revenue KPIs with customer teams.
• Conduct post‑promotion evaluations in partnership with Finance and Marketing.
• Provide regular reporting on volume, trade spend, promotion percentages, and seasonal activity.
• Monitor revenue impact of cost‑price changes.
• Validate that trade spend is correctly accrued in the system.
• Participate in customer forecast meetings to identify risks and opportunities.
• Approve promotional activities according to guidelines and review spend regularly.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of Revenue Growth Management experience.
• At least 10 years of overall sales experience.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Ability to simplify complex data through analytical and collaborative approaches.
• Experience in fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) or consumer packaged goods is a distinct advantage.
