Territory Sales Manager – Turkey

About the role

XDS is seeking an in‑house, full‑time Territory Sales Manager to support its international expansion. This hands‑on, field‑based role focuses on opening new dealer accounts and getting X‑LAB bikes onto shop floors across a defined territory. You will spend most days in‑market, visiting stores, speaking directly with shop owners and managers, and building face‑to‑face relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Build X‑LAB’s presence across the territory by regularly visiting independent bicycle dealers.
• Prospect for and open new dealer accounts through planned outreach, referrals, industry relationships, and in‑person cold visits.
• Manage the sales process from the first conversation through account setup and the initial order.
• Grow productive relationships with both new and existing dealers.

Required profile

• 5+ years of relationship‑based sales experience, preferably selling to small and midsize businesses.
• Comfort and flexibility to travel up to four days per week in the field, opening doors and starting conversations in person.
• Strong territory planning, organization, CRM, and follow‑up skills.
• Interest in cycling, sporting goods, specialty retail, or performance products; bicycle‑industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Fluent communication in both English and the local language.
