Room Attendant

About the role

As a Room Attendant at Fairmont Quasar Istanbul, you will be a key member of the Housekeeping team, ensuring that every guest room meets the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. You will work in a dynamic, upscale hotel environment, contributing to an exceptional guest experience each day.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms to the cleanliness standards set by the Housekeeping Department.
• Perform turndown services following established protocols.
• Stock linen carts efficiently to support daily operations.
• Promptly report any repairs or maintenance needs to the Housekeeping Office.
• Restock guest room mini‑bars according to hotel standards.
• Use cleaning products safely, wearing required Personal Protective Equipment.
• Follow training on safe work practices and job procedures.
• Remain vigilant and report suspicious activity or individuals.
• Immediately report lost‑and‑found items.
• Understand and comply with emergency and fire procedures.

Required profile

• Warm and caring personality.
• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide a professional, welcoming service.
• Excellent organizational skills.
