Sales Account Manager

About the role

As part of Kerry’s Taste & Nutrition business, the Sales Account Manager will drive growth by selling industry‑leading taste solutions to food manufacturers across Turkey. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets and delivering strategic plans across multiple end‑use markets such as bakery, confectionery, dairy and beverage.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full sales cycle, presenting the complete product portfolio with a customer‑first approach.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
• Coordinate internal resources (R&D, marketing, support) to meet account performance objectives.
• Achieve assigned profitable sales volume, quota and strategic objectives.
• Lead joint strategic account planning, setting financial targets and milestones for 1‑ and 3‑year periods.
• Continuously assess and validate customer needs to ensure high satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of account management or technical sales experience in the food industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record working with key players in bakery, confectionery and at least one other end‑use market (dairy or beverage).
• Native Turkish speaker with strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities and strong organisational skills.
