Sales and Acquisition Area Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Acquisition Area Manager to lead our retail operations in the Aydın region. The role focuses on driving profitability, expanding market share and ensuring safety and environmental standards across the dealer network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the customer value proposition to maximise profit and long‑term growth in the territory.
• Manage territory financials, monitor total operating targets (TOT), and control overdue and bad‑debt levels, including LPG and lubricants.
• Implement sales policies, operational KPIs and key business activities in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers, ensuring site operational excellence and high service quality.
• Drive HSSE performance and ensure all non‑functional requirements are customer‑focused.
• Analyse P&L statements and profitability reports to support business planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of retail or sales experience within a similar line of business.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Valid driving licence.
• Strong analytical ability with experience in financial table analysis (P&L, profitability).
• Proven relationship‑building and negotiation capabilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on HSSE standards.
