About the role

Etisan is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales activities across domestic and international markets, develop key customer relationships and support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

Manage and develop relationships with key customers, especially in FMCG and global brands.
Identify and develop cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities.
Develop new customer and business opportunities, including export markets.
Evaluate market opportunities across Europe and MENA.
Lead and support the sales team in achieving commercial targets.
Set team objectives, monitor performance and provide coaching.

Required profile

10+ years of experience in the self‑adhesive label, sleeve or flexible packaging industry.
At least 5 years of sales team management experience.
Strong English communication skills.
Experience with global FMCG customers (preferred).
Good understanding of commercial and operational processes.
Strategic thinking combined with a hands‑on approach.
Results‑oriented, analytical and commercially minded leadership.
