Sales & Service Operations Specialist

About the role

The Sales & Service Operations Specialist will coordinate sales, service and operational administration for Stäubli's Robotics Division in Turkey. The role ensures smooth support for business operations, from proposal preparation to order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals for robot configurations, collaborating with overseas production teams.
• Localize robots, manage service requests, spare‑parts processes and critical stock, including consignment stocks.
• Create and manage quotations, sales and service orders in SAP and CRM, ensuring timely shipment, invoicing and order follow‑up.
• Support service activities such as installations, training, preventive maintenance and warranty services, and maintain related records.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities with Sales, Service, Finance, Logistics and international units, and provide remote administrative support to other regional units.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with ERP and CRM platforms.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and residence on the Asian side of Istanbul.
• Strong coordination, planning and communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks for internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• ERP and CRM platforms (SAP knowledge is a plus).
• MS Office applications.
• Understanding of sales, service and operational processes.
