Sales Supervisor – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to join the Mirada Exclusive Bodrum Hotel team. The role focuses on driving sales, revenue and production targets while maintaining strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage existing agency, tour operator and corporate client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Monitor domestic and international market trends, competitor pricing and prepare regular market analysis reports.
• Plan and execute trade fairs, workshops, roadshows, agency visits and sales meetings.
• Prepare proposals, follow‑up sales processes for individual, group, meeting and event bookings.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Revenue, Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless post‑sales execution.

Required profile

• University degree in Tourism & Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience in five‑star hotels.
• Advanced English; additional foreign language is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of tourism market dynamics, agency relations and sales channels.
• Analytical thinker with solid reporting and data evaluation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience with hotel management and sales systems.
• Ability to manage online sales channels.
