About the role

The Cost Controller audits and analyses hotel operational activities, providing accurate reports and recommendations to safeguard financial integrity and minimise risk.

Key responsibilities

Perform spot checks on goods receipt, culinary yield, wastage, and material usage across departments.
Verify food recipes, cost and sale prices, and ensure compliance during preparation.
Audit inventory movements, conduct random inventories and compare with perpetual records.
Create and distribute monthly cost reports and communicate discrepancies to supervisors.

Required profile

Minimum high school diploma; university degree is an asset.
2+ years experience as a Cost Controller, preferably in a 5‑star hotel chain.
Fluent in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
Strong organisational, time‑management and ethical approach.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
Experience with accounting software (specific platforms not listed).
