SAP EWM Consultant

About the role

Ajax Systems, a global security and automation manufacturer with a production facility in Turkey, is looking for an SAP EWM Consultant. The role covers warehouse logistics configuration, RF mobile operations, master data and migration, integration with other SAP modules, testing and user enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze and formalize business requirements for warehouse logistics, and design and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
• Configure and maintain warehouse structures, storage types, storage bins and warehouse tasks/orders in SAP EWM.
• Set up and optimize RF framework processes and mobile scanner workflows on the warehouse floor, and manage resources.
• Manage warehouse and product master data, prepare data migration templates and oversee data load validation.
• Ensure integration between SAP EWM and connected systems (S/4HANA, MM, SD, TM (ASR), MSF (DMC)) and manufacturing/shop-floor systems.
• Write functional specifications and user stories for ABAP developers, and validate technical deliverables.
• Design test scenarios, run integration testing, facilitate UAT and manage defect resolution.
• Drive EWM deployment phases: customization, cutover readiness, go-live support and hypercare.
• Create user manuals, SOPs and training materials, and train warehouse key users and operational teams.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP EWM Consultant in implementation or warehouse automation projects.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics or a related field.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English (spoken and written) and fluent Turkish.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive problem solving and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of inbound, putaway, picking, packing, outbound, internal movements and physical inventory processes.
• Proven experience configuring SAP EWM structures, strategies and RF mobile transactions.
• Good understanding of ABAP, including debugging and reading code.
