About the role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Atasun Optik store in Biga. The role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience and driving sales in a leading optical retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide flawless customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets in line with assigned KPIs.
• Support daily operational processes within the store.

Required profile

• Preferably previous retail experience.
• Strong sales orientation with high persuasion ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer‑centric mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and continuously develop.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends.
