Senior Cybersecurity Specialist

About the role

The Senior Cybersecurity Specialist will lead the development and implementation of the organisation's security policies and standards. You will be responsible for monitoring incidents, conducting assessments, and driving continuous improvement of the security posture across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, implement and improve central cybersecurity policies and standards.
• Monitor, analyse and respond to cybersecurity incidents.
• Track actions and ensure effective management of security processes.
• Conduct regular security assessments of the IT infrastructure.
• Plan, perform or coordinate penetration tests with third‑party providers.
• Evaluate network security, segmentation and firewall configurations.
• Document security processes and controls sustainably.
• Support initiatives to raise information security awareness.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar cybersecurity role.
• Strong command of English.
• Analytical thinking, problem‑solving and process‑management abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and capable of leading own processes.

Required skills

• Microsoft systems and security technologies.
• Networking, network architecture and network segmentation.
• Firewall technologies and security policy configuration.
• Cyber incident management and security operations.
• Penetration testing and security audits.
• Knowledge of information security standards such as ISO 27001.
