Senior Financial Controller

About the role

As a Senior Financial Controller you will provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives across the organization. You will be responsible for delivering accurate IFRS‑compliant reports, analysing profitability, and ensuring robust internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Perform project cost analyses and service profitability reviews.
• Analyse sales and cost performance.
• Prepare monthly IFRS‑compliant closing reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Respond to headquarters reporting requirements from abroad.
• Deliver internal financial reports to aid decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in similar financial controller roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Team‑oriented and solution‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• English (written and verbal) proficiency.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Familiarity with IFRS standards.
• Experience with SAP (strong plus).
