Senior Fullstack Engineer – Remote (Turkey)

About the role

Docplanner is looking for two Senior Fullstack Engineers based in Turkey to build the features required for USBS certification of Doctoralia Practice. You will own the development from doctor‑facing UI to integrations with national health systems and act as the technical reference for Turkish health regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end features needed for USBS certification, covering both frontend and backend.
• Translate regulatory requirements into product decisions, propose simple compliant solutions and validate them with doctors.
• Integrate Doctoralia Practice with Turkish national health systems such as e‑Nabız, ÇKYS, T.C. Kimlik No. validation, and SBYS.
• Design secure, auditable systems including authentication, access control, audit logging, encryption and data residency.
• Support the Ministry audit together with the local regulatory and compliance team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience building production web applications as a fullstack engineer.
• Product‑mindset: owned features from problem definition to outcome, interacted with users and challenged scope when needed.
• Professional English (B2+) and native Turkish.
• Experience with security‑sensitive systems (2FA, access control, audit logs, encryption).

Required skills

• Strong backend fundamentals: API design, relational databases, third‑party and government system integrations.
• Solid frontend experience with a modern framework.
• Cloud environment experience, preferably AWS, plus CI/CD pipelines and containers.
• Daily use of AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
