Senior Game Developer (Unity / Mobile)

About the role

Oz Games is seeking a Senior Game Developer to lead the creation of hyper‑casual and hybrid‑casual mobile titles. You will own the technical development from concept to launch, using Unity and AI‑assisted tools to accelerate production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑performance mobile games in Unity, handling game loops, mechanics, UI, physics and overall game feel.
• Rapidly prototype new concepts to test market viability and iterate based on player feedback.
• Integrate third‑party SDKs, analytics, attribution tools and ad networks.
• Leverage AI‑assisted coding tools to improve speed, efficiency and code quality.
• Collaborate closely with design and art teams and eventually build and lead an engineering team.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years of professional software development experience, primarily on mobile games using Unity.
• Deep hands‑on knowledge of hyper‑casual and hybrid‑casual game mechanics and rapid prototyping pipelines.
• Proven ability to use AI tools in daily development workflows.
• Strong C# skills, software architecture expertise and mobile performance optimisation (memory, battery, framerate).
• Leadership or mentoring experience with ambition to build and manage a team.
