Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will lead end‑to‑end HR processes across multiple retail stores, acting as the primary HR liaison for store employees and managers. This role focuses on recruitment, performance, talent development, and organizational change within a luxury textile retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent management, employee relations, disciplinary processes, and organizational development for all stores.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR policies, systems, and practices, providing on‑site support through regular store visits.
• Lead and support organizational change initiatives and ensure consistent implementation of HR policies across locations.
• Drive HR projects aimed at employee engagement, loyalty, retention, and motivation while monitoring KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, and engagement.

Required profile

• University or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Psychology, Labor Economics, or Industrial Relations.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in luxury textile retail.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
