Senior Product Manager – AI‑Enabled Talent Intelligence

About the role

Enocta is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of AI‑enabled features for its Talent Intelligence Suite. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will shape product strategy, roadmap and execution across its EdTech and HRTech platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of AI‑driven capabilities that enhance skills‑oriented learning and talent experiences.
• Define and align the cross‑platform product roadmap in collaboration with the Head of Product and fellow PMs.
• Own sprint planning and end‑to‑end delivery of high‑impact initiatives, ensuring high‑quality releases.
• Partner with engineering, design, data and AI teams to build scalable, user‑centered, enterprise‑grade solutions.
• Use market research, user insights and product analytics to inform strategic decisions and drive growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on product management experience, preferably in SaaS, EdTech or HRTech.
• Proven experience delivering AI‑enabled product features.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and sprint execution.
• Track record of validating market needs, driving user adoption and scaling product growth.
• Data‑driven decision‑making using metrics, A/B testing and user data.
