Senior Product Manager

About the role

Amazon Türkiye is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Turkey product and technology roadmap. This hands‑on position combines product ownership with people management, leading a team of AI and BI engineers while collaborating with regional and global product groups.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the Turkey product and technology roadmap, ensuring end‑to‑end visibility and timely delivery across all product domains.
• Own Turkey‑specific compliance delivery by partnering with Public Policy, Legal, Tax, and Accounting teams.
• Identify and close parity gaps with developed markets or local competitors, building business cases for Turkey‑specific solutions.
• Define and execute the AI/BI tooling roadmap, prioritising internal AI‑powered tools that boost operational efficiency.
• Represent Turkey requirements to central product and engineering teams, resolve cross‑team blockers, and maintain alignment on shared priorities.
• Communicate clearly at all levels, preparing product plans, leadership reviews, and stakeholder updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing technical products or online services.
• Ability to contribute to engineering discussions and translate stakeholder needs into product priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree and experience owning a product or technology roadmap.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams such as Legal, Public Policy, Tax, and Accounting.
