Senior SAP DRC Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP DRC Consultant to work closely with the Product Owner and drive the end‑to‑end planning and execution of audit processes on our SAP platform. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that audit and tax compliance solutions are delivered efficiently and align with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Product Owner to translate business needs into functional specifications, prioritize backlog items and shape the product roadmap.
• Configure and support SAP Audit Management from scratch, covering audit planning, scoping, execution, working papers and findings/issue tracking.
• Support tax audit planning and execution within the tool, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with audit teams, tax/compliance functions and IT to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Prepare functional documentation, user guides and process flows.
• Lead functional testing and UAT cycles, coordinating defect resolution with technical teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming and status reporting as part of an agile delivery team.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices for audit management.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP Audit Management, SAP FI or SAP GRC.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and influence product roadmaps.
• Knowledge of tax audit planning and execution within compliance and regulatory contexts.
• Experience working in agile delivery environments, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
