Senior SEO & GEO Strategist (Ecommerce)

About the role

The Senior SEO & GEO Strategist will lead organic search initiatives for a portfolio of ecommerce brands, driving sustainable revenue growth. You will shape emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) services while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to implement data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own SEO strategy across assigned ecommerce clients, creating prioritized roadmaps that align technical SEO, content, authority building, UX, and conversion optimization with business goals.
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits covering technical health, information architecture, internal linking, crawlability, indexation, structured data, Core Web Vitals, rendering, duplicate content, canonicalization, pagination, faceted navigation, redirects, and site migrations.
• Analyze performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, ecommerce platform data, crawling tools, and rank‑tracking software to identify causes of ranking, traffic, conversion, and revenue changes.
• Identify high‑value growth opportunities on product, category, collection, editorial, buying guide, and comparison pages.
• Contribute strategic insights to Hustler Marketing’s own SEO, GEO, and AEO initiatives, supporting inbound lead generation and methodology evolution.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience in ecommerce SEO.
• Data‑driven decision maker comfortable diagnosing performance shifts and recommending actionable solutions.
• Strong collaborator able to work with account managers, developers, content writers, designers, and other specialists.
• Passionate about staying ahead of search trends, including AI‑powered discovery platforms.
