Senior Service Desk Specialist

About the role

Sipay is seeking a Senior Service Desk Specialist to join its growing Technology team. You will be responsible for managing and supporting the Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune and Active Directory environments for a fast‑growing fintech company.

Key responsibilities

• Administer daily operations of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune and Active Directory, including user, licensing, mailbox and device management.
• Configure and maintain MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, Hybrid Identity and user synchronization processes.
• Enroll, configure, and enforce compliance for Windows devices via Intune, Autopilot and related policies.
• Resolve end‑user issues related to Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications, mail flow, authentication, network and hardware.
• Track and close IT tickets in line with SLA targets, perform root‑cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell and improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Advanced experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Entra ID, Exchange Online and Intune administration.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, OU structures and authentication processes.
• Solid troubleshooting skills for Windows 11, Microsoft 365 apps and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi).
• Intermediate PowerShell scripting ability and experience with IT ticket/help‑desk systems.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender, Purview, endpoint security
