SEO, AEO & GEO Lead – B2B Digital Risk & AI Search

About the role

We are looking for an SEO / AEO / GEO Lead to shape search visibility for a fast‑growing B2B category at the intersection of digital risk, reputation and AI‑powered discovery. Based in Turkey, you will own the end‑to‑end strategy across traditional search, answer engines and generative AI platforms, linking search performance directly to leads, revenue and customer trust.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated SEO, AEO and GEO strategy focused on B2B digital risk protection, with clear business impact metrics.
• Build semantic frameworks and optimise content for both classic search engines and AI‑generated answer platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.
• Influence how the company’s offerings are interpreted by AI systems through strategic use of entities, authoritative sources, citations and review ecosystems.
• Collaborate with PR, SERM, content and growth teams to create a unified search ecosystem that connects visibility, media coverage and online reviews.
• Design and maintain a comprehensive measurement system covering branded and non‑branded performance, lead generation and contribution to commercial opportunities.
• Formulate hypotheses, run experiments, analyse results and continuously refine SEO/AEO/GEO tactics.
• Lead R&D initiatives into emerging search technologies and experimental optimisation techniques.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional SEO experience, preferably in B2B, international or complex digital environments.
• Strong understanding of search engine mechanics, ranking factors and semantic search.
• Hands‑on attitude with a passion for experimentation and building strategies from the ground up.
