Smart Start Digitalization & Process Improvement Engineer

About the role

Join Bosch’s Smart Start team in Bursa as a Digitalization & Process Improvement Engineer intern. You will support the digital transformation of administrative services such as catering, personnel transportation, cleaning, and internal mail, helping the company deliver faster, smarter services to its employees.

Key responsibilities

• Support digitalisation projects and continuous‑improvement activities for internal services.
• Identify opportunities for AI‑driven enhancements and contribute to prototype AI solutions.
• Develop business insights and management dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Design and implement user‑centric applications, portals, and AI tools that improve employee access to services.
• Assist with route‑optimisation initiatives for personnel transportation.
• Participate in problem‑solving sessions and support ongoing process improvement.

Required profile

• 3rd or 4th‑year undergraduate or postgraduate student in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong affinity for digital technologies, automation and artificial intelligence.
• Excellent communication, coordination and teamwork abilities.
• Very good command of English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools like Power BI and Tableau.
