Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to join our team in Sivas. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will shape our online presence, increase brand awareness and drive engagement across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish content on major social media platforms.
• Maintain and update social media calendars, write posts and captions, and optimise content for each channel.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse results with social media analytics tools and adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Respond to comments, messages and community interactions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social content with marketing campaigns and service offerings.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, platform updates and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong social media marketing and SMO experience, managing brand accounts on major platforms.
• Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies that meet business goals.
• Excellent written communication and the ability to produce clear, engaging, brand‑aligned copy.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross‑team collaboration and community engagement.
• Experience using social media analytics tools to track performance and optimise campaigns.
• Attention to detail, solid time‑management and the ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic graphic design tools such as Canva is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or equivalent practical experience.
