Software Engineer – Cash Management & Money Transfers

About the role

Join Yapı Kredi Technology as a Software Engineer focusing on cash management and money transfer solutions. You will work within a hybrid model, collaborating with the bank's IT methodologies to deliver high‑quality, innovative financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java‑based applications using Java 8/17, Spring Boot, Maven, and Hibernate.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and multilayered architectures aligned with SOA principles.
• Work with relational databases, preferably Oracle, and ensure robust data handling.
• Participate in the adoption of distributed systems, micro‑services, and cloud‑based architectures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate front‑end technologies such as JavaScript (React.js) and messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Redis.
• Apply CI/CD pipelines and test‑driven development practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a creative, result‑driven attitude.
