Software Engineer – Customer and Relation Management

About the role

Yapı Kredi Technology is looking for a Software Engineer to join its Customer and Relation Management team. You will work on cutting‑edge banking applications, using modern architectural patterns and cloud technologies to deliver high‑value solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead software development studies and apply Yapı Kredi IT methodologies.
• Design technical solutions for banking projects aligned with business needs.
• Write clean code, perform unit testing, and contribute to continuous delivery pipelines.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in multi‑tier application development.
• Experience with distributed, fault‑tolerant architectures.
• Strong teamwork, result‑orientation, and adaptability to new technologies.
• Good written and spoken English.

• Java and Spring Boot

• Kafka and RabbitMQ
• Oracle (PL/SQL), PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Couchbase
• Kubernetes (plus)
