Software Engineer – Insurance Solutions

About the role

Join the Insurance Solutions Developer team to create innovative financial products for branch and digital channels. You will work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, secure, and scalable applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new products and services for branch and digital channels and improve existing ones.
• Participate in integration processes with third‑party companies and application technology transformation initiatives.
• Resolve system and application issues in coordination with resilience teams.
• Initiate innovative projects using emerging technologies and AI solutions.
• Design and develop applications with a focus on quality, security, scalability, efficiency and sustainability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or Software Engineering.
• At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Willingness to provide 24/7 support for production issues.
• Fluent English for reading technical documents and communicating in meetings.

Required skills

• Java, React, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, JUnit.
• IntelliJ IDEA, Git, Jenkins, SonarQube.
• API, REST, IIB/Layer7 web services.
• Monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Kibana.
• Oracle Database and Mainframe environment.
• Object‑oriented programming, algorithms, design patterns, code refactoring.
• Agile software development lifecycle and methodologies.
