About the role
Luron is an applied AI company that builds production‑grade AI systems for large enterprises. As a software engineer you will work on real‑time voice AI, intelligent agents, and model orchestration platforms that power critical business operations.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI‑powered systems and infrastructure for enterprise customers.
- Solve complex technical challenges related to latency, reliability, and performance in production environments.
- Collaborate directly with customers to translate operational problems into production‑ready solutions.
- Explore new technologies and contribute to the company’s technical direction.
Required profile
- Strong technical foundation with a proven ability to build software, whether professionally, academically, or independently.
- Curious, fast‑learning mindset comfortable with unfamiliar challenges.
- Ownership mindset from problem definition through execution.
- Thrives in fast‑moving, ambitious environments and values technical excellence and real‑world impact.
