Sourcing Director

About the role

Beymen Group, a leading luxury fashion retailer in Turkey, is seeking a visionary Sourcing Director to shape its sourcing strategy across domestic and international markets. The role will drive cost efficiency, quality, and sustainability while supporting the company’s fast‑moving fashion portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build and manage a diversified supplier and manufacturer portfolio, establishing new sourcing channels.
• Control cost, quality, lead‑time and capacity targets, and lead cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Negotiate purchasing contracts and lead critical commercial negotiations.
• Monitor supplier performance, drive improvement programs, and manage risk mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with Design, Product, Merchandising, Planning, Purchasing, Quality and Operations teams.
• Lead the sourcing team, set objectives, and support professional development.
• Integrate digitalisation, data analytics and emerging sourcing technologies into processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, supply chain or related fields.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing for luxury or fashion brands.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and leadership capabilities.
