Station Manager

About the role

The Station Manager will work alongside the current Station Manager to lead and develop Rijk Zwaan's three breeding stations in Antalya. This role focuses on creating a safe, efficient, and future‑oriented environment for breeding, execution, sales, and support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Share leadership with the current Station Manager and oversee operational and strategic development of three breeding stations.
• Lead, coach and support a team of around 50 employees across the stations.
• Coordinate daily operations, manage facilities, equipment, vehicles and resources.
• Manage operational and five‑year investment budgets, monitor expenditures and budget realization.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and company standards.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence and adoption of innovative agricultural technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related agricultural discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in agricultural operations, station or farm management, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of agricultural production processes and infrastructure management.
• Passion for emerging agricultural technologies, precision farming, automation and sustainability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
