About the role

The Stock Officer ensures that all incoming pharmaceutical and related products are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently in our Sakarya warehouse. You will work with forklifts and pallet trucks to keep the stock area organized, safe, and compliant with temperature and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Transport incoming goods to the stock area using forklift and/or pallet truck.
• Store products following the “first‑expiry‑first‑out” principle, tracking batch numbers and expiry dates.
• Complete shelf‑replenishment orders, deliver items to shelf staff, and perform back‑room restocking.
• Place items in designated zones (medicines, non‑medicines, controlled substances, cold‑chain items) according to internal procedures.
• Monitor temperature and humidity devices, reporting any alerts to the unit manager.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic stock environment and ensure all equipment is operational.
• Perform monthly maintenance on forklifts and pallet trucks.
• Participate in periodic physical inventory counts and follow instructions from the inventory supervisor.

Required profile

• At least a high‑school diploma.
• Forklift certification.
• Flexible availability for shift work.
• Male candidates must have completed military service.
• Residence in Sakarya or ability to relocate.
• Preferably prior experience in warehouse operations.
