About the role
Oysho is looking for a Store Manager to lead its Istanbul European Side location. You will be at the heart of the store, driving the team, product, and customer experience while staying focused on people and results.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations, ensuring visual standards, commercial performance and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions that boost performance.
- Develop and coach the team, fostering a culture of curiosity, initiative and continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of store management experience in fashion or retail.
- University degree.
- Strong command of English; Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication and customer‑service orientation.
