Store Supervisor – Luxury Lifestyle Store

About the role

We are looking for a passionate, detail‑oriented, and highly motivated Store Supervisor to support the daily operations of our luxury lifestyle store at Aliée Istanbul.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily opening and closing of the store.
• Welcome and assist guests, providing a personalized and high‑quality shopping experience.
• Handle sales transactions, payments, and daily cash procedures accurately.
• Monitor stock levels, ensure proper product display and replenishment.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
• Monitor inventory movements and support regular stock counts.
• Prepare daily sales and operational reports as required.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with relevant hotel departments when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, luxury hospitality, boutique, or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of store operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Professional appearance and genuine passion for luxury service.
