Supervisor, SAP Consulting

About the role

Sovos is looking for a Supervisor, SAP Consulting to lead technical implementations and guide the Professional Services team across EMEA and Turkey. You will combine hands‑on SAP work with team leadership to deliver compliance solutions that add real business value.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse clients' SAP configurations, produce design and customisation documentation and use AI tools to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Lead product testing, manage implementation gaps, and support clients through UAT, go‑live and stabilisation phases.
• Oversee multiple complex implementation projects, ensuring clear communication during rollouts, patches and updates.
• Manage and mentor a team of SAP Solutions Consultants, providing performance feedback and day‑to‑day support.
• Provide advanced technical support, maintain expert knowledge of Sovos products, SAP MM, SD, FI modules and relevant governmental reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of SAP consultancy experience with strong functional knowledge of SAP SD and basic understanding of SAP FI and MM.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring consulting or technical teams in a software or professional services environment.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to manage client expectations.
• Strong time‑management, able to handle multiple concurrent projects and travel domestically/internationally as needed.
